Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a card to start it, you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

How is AI usage charged?

On top of your plan, at our AI provider's cost + 20%, added to each monthly invoice. Free during your 30-day trial. Setup is never charged, and the Usage page shows your running total.

Which social networks can I connect?

Google Business, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn — your own accounts, signed in on each network's page. Business uses Google Business (reviews) and WhatsApp (booking chats); Operations uses all five; the Website chat add-on adds Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp messages.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Billing portal with one click. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — no sudden cutoffs.
